Pipelines -- to-do lists that outline the steps for an individual task -- and activity sets, templates which guide users through specific tasks. This set of CRM tools works together with Google apps, Outlook, Evernote, MailChimp and other popular productivity and office tools. A limited free version supports two users but doesn't include all the features of the paid plans; upgrade to a higher plan for more robust integration and a larger number of supported users. Higher tiers offer better lead-management tools, more customisation options and increased storage space.
